What the F#@k is this?

Okay people, here's the deal:  It's a box.  At some point during its existence there was some kind of conversion done to it.  We don't know what it was converted from. Nor, do we know to what it was converted to. It's $29 and has a remote.  Good luck, cause' that's all we know.
